Maria did an outstanding job with the sale of Our 30 acre Property with an older home and 3 Oil Wells. We were inexperienced Sellers and Maria was extremely patient and really guided us through the process, especially when the significant new challenges of Covid 19 occurred shortly after we put the Property up for sale. When we finally had a well negotiated deal with the final Buyer's, Maria really held the deal together through significant obstacles and the fact that the Buyer's Agent was very apathetic and let some critical issues and dates pass, which created unnecessary drama that should have been avoided, and could have caused the entire sale to fall apart, however Maria was able to keep everything together to closing and funding, doing twice the work, without crossing any lines between the legalities o f Buyer's and Seller's Agents. Maria truly deserved the full commission. We Highly recommend Maria and wouldn't hesitate to use her in the future should the opportunity arise again.
